When I keep my palm over my head I feel warm instead of cool. This is true. I completed class 2. I meditate from information given in the video’s. I used to meditate with Indian meditation music in meditation music column for 3 days after each class. And I move to next class on 4th day. I keep both palms with index finger and thumbs closed. Can this be a reason for me unable to feel the coolness or am I doing anything wrong? please help.

The mistake that I made is listening to other meditation music instead of guided meditation. Now I started using guided meditation and today it worked really well. I am planning to start from the first. Thank you for this website. I can feel the difference at very early. There is more positive energy flow in me now. I am more conscious and my productivity is increasing, but I feel this only till few hours after meditation and not for the whole day. But once I continue I am sure. It will get better. smile

Hello Karthik,

Thank you for your post. smile
We are glad to hear you are feeling positive and confident that your meditations will get better and better.
It is normal to feel warmth coming from your Sahastrara chakra at the beginning. Usually when your hand is close to the head, you can feel the heat being pushed out by the Kundalini energy. However, as you move your hand up higher, keeping it directly above the fontanel area, you should feel the coolness of the Kundalini.
It is not necessary and not recommended to keep the index finger and thumb touching each other. It is best to keep your hands completely open.

Best wishes
