there is no time limit or sitting limits right ? like it is advisable that everyone should meditate for 5 to 10 minutes  but i want to know that can we sit for how much time we want to or desire to meditate ?

Hi, stylox!

Yes, correct, to start with, we recommend to try and sit for meditation for 5-15 min., but if you are in meditation and are enjoying, it is fine to continue for longer, if you have time. The time in meditation is the time when out Kundalini energy can do the subtle work of balancing,  cleaning, and repairing our system, so if we are in meditation for longer, more work will be done, and we will generally feel better afterwards. That is, if we are thoughtless during that time. :)

Best,

Mar’yana

I personally have not heard Shri Mataji saying anything negative about sports besides down-hill skiing, and, occasionally, long distance running. But, of course, there are many lectures of Shri Mataji that I have not heard. I have heard that it is good to exercise, as long as you do not go to extremes. If the point is to remain healthy, then we need to see how much or how little to do and know when to stop. If the point is body-building and things like that, then it becomes questionable. However, you need to check yourself, what it is that you need to do, and where is the limit you should not cross. Try checking it on vibrations. If you don’t know how to check on vibrations, you can ask at your local centre.

Hi, stylox,

it s interesting what you are saying. Hamsa chakra generally suffers from heat and dryness, so it needs to be lubricated – you can help it a lot of you put a drop of melted ghee (warm) into each nostril while having the head tilted backwards, so the free actually lubricates the sinuses.

Hi sir maryana , yes i have tried that its really helpful too,the blockage gets instantly cleared  :D  :D i will let you know if i have any other questions to ask later but for now thanks a lot sir, sahajyoga has completely changed a gangster like me into a peace loving guy and who cares about the others(world) now, those who are new to sahajyoga here is a little preview of my life how i was before coming to sahajyoga ,me and my gangster group was in a fight once and we beated a guy so hard with sharp weapons that he was in qouma for 2 days,to be honest when i just started meditating i was thinking that i am a very cruel person also i used to think that i have sinned a lot how can i be innocent even after i have done so many things, real bad things but when after fews weeks of meditation and after listening to mothers lectures i realised who we are and who was incharge before and that made me think that i was not doing anything at all i am innocent for example it was like we have bought a car from god and someone else was driving it the whole time while i was just sitting in the back seat and watching everything and not doing anything so that was the greatest truth of life and also my brain don’t think at all that’s the biggest relief for me, and last but not least all the religions of worlds are now making sense to me just like shri mataji said that once you  join sahajyoga you will understand that all the religions have only one purpose to achieve god and that we are all praising the same god, its funny how a human mind works and blinds us from the truth even if we have our eyes open we can’t see the truth because to see it we have to close our eyes and first of all we have to know ourself that who we are? why we are here?

now for all my sahaji bro’s and sister’s who are new to sahajyoga i just wanna say one thing be patient, kind with yourself, sahajyoga is more than what we think it is and don’t forget to relax because GOD is with us.

hope you guys understand how difficult my life was before.

MAY GOD BLESS US ALL

JSM
