I have been learning this wonderful method of Sahaja Yoga for about 8 months now. Some of it is still difficult but the more I learn the more benefits that I have been having.

I have more motivation then I have in awhile, I find it easier to get through my daily tasks at work, as well as daily chores at home. The normal ailments that I have health wise have also benefited greatly from the meditiation.

Thank you for allowing me to join this site with all the other wondeful seekers out there.

Dear Lynn,

Since you have been doing Sahaja yoga for a while, you might like to check out our meditation room:

http://www.onlinemeditation.or…..tion-room/

It has a few more things to try out, and you can pick from a number of meditation aids depending on what you feel you need at the time.

Hi,

This is Vikas from India. I have been facing some problems after practicing a few classes. Is there any problem in doing a higher class ahead of a lower one? I also experience a sens of detachment? Is that OK?

Hi Vikas,

I am not sure what type of problems you are facing – we might be able to help you better if you let us know specifically what you are experiencing.

It’s not totally essential that you do the classes in order, since the most important thing is to experience the meditative state. However since the class sometimes builds on content from the previous class it is easier to follow this way, and is what I would recommend.

Hopefully this helps. Please let us know,

Sarah
