Hello,

I felt a growing sense of joy and relief as I browsed, registered, and discovered the free resources available on this site. The more I looked for the “strings attached,” the more I began to feel hopeful that there are none (or, at the very least, they are few and inoffensive). I am entering a new phase in my life and was searching for some simple guided meditations to help bring me through the gateway and onto the path. This community feels safe and life-giving. I look forward to progressing and discovering what these classes have to offer. Whatever the outcome: thank you so much for providing this

An afterthought: is there a Sahaja center in Montreal that has ongoing group meditation sessions?

Dear Afra,

Welcome to our forum and our meditation course! smile

Indeed, thare are no strings attached, nobody will ask you to commit to something to do not feel comfortable about, all our classes are free, and we try to make everything as easily approachable as possible.

The only commitment you have to make when you step on this path is the commitment to your Self – that you will honestly and sincerely try this out, and contunue with this simple meditation technique if it helps you grow and realize your Self.

There are people who practive Sahaja yoga in Montreal and the area, but the information about the programs there does not seem to be current. You can phone (819) 868 1939 to inquire about the classes there, or if it does not work out, you are welcome to take our online course here: /

I wish you all the best on your journey, and please contact us again if you have any questions or comments.

Sincerely,

Mar’yana
