Hello – I am enjoying the first two lessons so far. I’ve had various meditation experiences in my life, but I never seemed to really feel that there was a path I could follow consistently. I like this approach very much – the idea of experimenting with truth and tuning into the feelings and sensations of my body makes sense to me. I have always thought that somehow I should have been equipped properly from birth with all that I needed to live a full and enjoyable life, and this approach validates that feeling that I’ve had ever since I can remember. It makes sense to me that what I need is literally within me.
Years ago I had a strange and intense experience with my body’s energy about a year after my daughter was born, generating a lot of heat in my legs and very uncomfortable sensations n my head that would wake me up at night. I asked the Divine to slow it down and even make it stop, because it felt very chaotic and I didn’t know what to do.confused
Now I feel safe in asking the Kundalini to rise within me, even though I haven’t sensed any coolness yet – varying heat and warmth in both of my hands so far. I’ve recently been attending to my food intake, to balance my body through whole and nutritious food, and now this feels like the next step in my journey into total health and wellness, as I was born to be….and I’m glad to see this forum for support!smile

Welcome!

I have just joined too, and have started the course recently too. I am on Lesson 5.

I have had a definite cool breeze on my fingers, during the last stage, when my hands are both in the air, but absolutely no cool breeze from my crown (fontanelle) yet.

But I will not give up. all good things require perseverance. :)

Thank you to Sri Mata Ji for this gift.

For some people the cool breeze can be felt quite far away from the fontanel. Therefore do try extending your arm further, as long as your hand is kept directly above the fontanel, which is a little bit towards the forehead, on the top of the head. You can Google the image of the fontanel bone in case it is helpful.

Best wishes,
Joanne
