Hello, this is the second time I start these meditations..I stopped at the 3rd because my beliefs were dwindling even if I was getting really great emotional benefits out of it. I have a bad habit of starting things and not finishing them..or getting to a point where I deem satisfactory and stop (yet the ‘bad’ habits come creeping back in).
I’ve gotten to the second meditation, I was on the first for quite a while as I wanted to get into the habit of meditating at the very last once a day, I do my best for two but with work and school sometimes I forget.
I’ve managed to get the energy flowing again as I’ve had a lot of blockage in the chest area (not entirely sure which chakra that is as I’m relatively new to these notions). Upon watching the second video I felt that cool tingly flow throughout my body. It’s been blocked for a few months now and I’ve noticed that I’m less in the moment and I’m easily overwhelmed by my emotions and guilt.

When I do manage to meditate (correctly…sometimes i’ll meditate poorly and think about everything…) I notice that I improve in my ability to be rational and see things as they are and not create a false world as I tend to.

I know this is quite a long post but I felt it necessary to better my understanding of this path I’m heading towards :)

Hello Chloe,

It is very beautiful how you have written about your experience. It’s very introspective and shows how much you are aware of your self.

We definitely recommend that you try the footsoaking technique as much as it is feasible for you.

Footsoaking helps to clear the Void which is the entire stomach area (and other chakras too!). When the Void gets cleared and filled with the vibrations from the Kundalini, you will see things becoming even more clear for you in your awareness.
