I am starting back to meditation because my stress/anxiety has  been high lately.  I used to attend meditation at the Sayaja meditation in San Diego a few years back. i have meaning to back but had scheduling conflicts. I also started seeing a new therapist. but this new  therapist. But I am not certain if things will work out. The meditation is helping to improve my sleep and is reduced my stress some.
