Hello everyone,

Just wanted to say that I am very happy and glad to have found the site and started learning how to truly meditate. The joy, bliss, and relaxation that I have found throughout my short time utilizing this course has really helped me in so many ways. It is truly a blessing when one finds something like this that is free of charge and that can really make an impact on your life. I am currently on the 3rd lesson and am looking forward to learning more.

In Peace,

Hi Jacob,

I thought I would say hello! smile

I’ve been with the site for a few months now and I can tell you that what you are experiencing so far-the joy, the bliss and the relaxation, it only gets stronger and stronger!! and better and better!!

It’s a wonderful site, I love it here and feel lifted each time I visit and remakably it is Totally Free!!

If ever you need an answer to a question, however small it may seem or indeed however large the question is-just ask and one of the moderators, who are more than happy to help and extremely knowledgable, will reply within a few days.

It is so worth sticking with and there is even more to come after the 10 classes! but I will let you find that out on your own!!

I’m currently starting from scratch again and re-doing the whole of the classes to review and learn somethings I no doubt missed the 1st time round smile  And this time take things at a slower pace to really let the knowledge sink in more (hopefully)!!

Anyway, I really hope you stick at it and watch out for ‘breakthroughs’ and ‘positive experiences’ which I hope you encounter like i did!

Take care,

Caroline smile

Thank you both for the welcome! I look forward to hearing from everyone in the near future. Feel free to message me anytime. Over the next few weeks and months I hope to become more active within the online community and learn all I can. I am looking forward to everything that is to still come within the course. It has really helped me out so far. smile
