Welcome! Hope you enjoy the course – it might take some time to achieve the state of thoughtlessness, but once it happens even for a moment, if you give it a chance it begins to grow gradually. Then before you know it – you are a different person, a much calmer and balanced, much less stressed and much more capable to enjoy life.

It might help you a lot to come to a local sahaja yoga program – it is usually much easier to reach thoughtless state when you are meditating together with others, and the volunteers that conduct the programs have lots of experience and can help you out to establish your balance much better than we can in the online course forum.
