I suffer from ADHD and general anxiety and depression.  I gave up prescription psych medication a few years ago after I came to realize they are generally toxic and unsafe.  I gave up alcohol and nicotine a little over a year ago.  Meditation seems to be the next natural step in slowing my thoughts and finding peace in myself.  With ADHD, I tend to have trouble following through with new endeavors once the novelty has worn off.  Through meditation, I am hoping to find focus and purpose, allowing me to finally move forward with my life.

Welcome to the course!

Just to let you know – there have been a couple of clinical studies conducted with school children with ADHD in Australia in which after just 6 weeks of by-weekly in-person meetings + regular Sahaja Yoga meditation at home, the symptoms of ADHD were reduced by 35%, with 55% reduction in medication, plus other improvements. 

So hopefully it will work for you as well!
