Hi, my name is Teena and I am attempting to use sahaja meditation to help me be more patient and peaceful. I had a stroke a few months ago and am very frustrated by what I see as impossibly long recovery times! I used to be very busy and active, and now I need to learn to cope with a different pace. I have been through the first session and am very hopeful.

Welcome, Teena. We hope the course is going well for you so far. When we are in the state of meditation, we automatically feel much more detached from everything around us, thus it helps us to be much more patient. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have questions.
Best, Joanne
