Hi everyone! So New Years Eve is tomorrow and people are thinking about the mistakes they have made the previous year and how to make the coming year better. I have been struggling with weight and anxiety for about two years now. I don`t want to get into detail but I`m sure that these problems started as a result of some medication that I had to take. These two years I have been feeling horrible and looking horrible. The 20 pounds that I put on because of the pills are not only preventing me to fit into my clothes but also weight me down emotionally. I don`t want to struggle with either weight problems or anxiety anymore so I`m kaing a resolution- to fix my problems and feel energized, healthy, light and happy. I know that meditation won`t fix everything but I think it could definetly help me with my anxiety issues. I believe that it could be a nice addition to yoga, healthy diet and cardio and help me put everything into perspective. I have never meditated before so I am very curious to learn how to meditate and hopefully to see some sort of affects, and I`m hoping for positive ones. :))

Dear Seeker,

Anxiety stems from an imbalance in our Centre Heart chakra.  With Sahaja Meditation, you will have the tools to cleanse, improve and strengthen this chakra.  The Kundalini energy inside us work to heal all of our chakras, which are the root causes of all physical, mental and emotional problems.  We wish you lots of confidence in yourself on this inner journey to true wellness and happiness.
