Hey my name is Trent.I’ve just got finished with my first class. It was a pretty in-depth topic, and it really spoke to me.I’m excited to get started.I’ve meditated before, but i think this method will prove alot more beneficial. I used to be Buddhist for about a year and I can also recognize the Shaman community.I look forward to improving my life with this course and i will let the progress be known on later post. Take it easy.

Welcome, Cathy!
Yes, you are right, it s amazing! :) I’ve been doing this for a while and tend to forget how special it is – now I’m so used to feeling so good (relaxed and energized at the same time) after meditation, that I can hardly even remember how dull and unhappy I felt before I started meditating every day.
Keep it up, and hope to hear again from you soon!

Hi, i am new, hav been learning Sahaja for some 3 months, but only lately really taking footsoak seriously, footsoak is really very important, cos at times i feel very sick, cant breath even and to the point of colasping but after foot soak, i got totally better when i hav been sick for weeks. i can feel energy going downward into the water and after the 12th footsoak only i realise footsoak can heal , and since then i din look back, i lov u all too, for sharing and knowing Sahaja, Mother Mitharji is great. But i hav yet to feel my kundalini going up.

Dear Chin,
Indeed, the footsoak works great. Shri Mataji once told in a talk, that the daily footsoak can remove 50% of our problems.
With regard to feeling the Kundalini, do you feel anything at all on your hands or above your head? Sometimes it takes some time to start feeling it. If you do not feel it, it does not necessarily meant that the Kundalini has not awakened, it might just be that an obstruction in some chakra might prevent you from feeling it.
Have you been coming to one of the local programs, or did you do our online course?
