Hi everyone,

I started this new and fantastic experience a few days ago after experiencing for the second episode of labyrinthitis that always leaves me with a lot of anxiety, fears, extreme sensitivity towards everything and everybody.

I’m taking medications but I also felt the need to look for a something else to cure my spirit as a

I understood that my body was asking for help: I’ve always has problems related to my ears, throat, nose and today while following the 4th lesson  about the Vishuddhi chakra I had a very strange experience. While doing the meditation with Srj Mataji about this chakra where the electric energy is played I started crying.

Could I be on the right path to unblock the Vishuddhi chakra?

Thank you very much for all your great job,

Hi Roberta,

from a personal experience I’d say you are on the right path, I have experienced that years ago for a different chakra and I’m still here today in a better shape than I used to be. And plus crying is good to take things out :=).

Vishuddi chakra integrates everything that’s linked to collective awareness (collectivity basically), communication (public speech and the way you talk), self-respect and relationships between human beings as well as diplomatie. It indeed has an effect on ears, throat and nose, and vibrations you feel on the palm of your hands.

When a chakra clears out, it can take many forms and it entirely depends on what needs to be cleared out.

But fully unlocking a Chakra means integrate all of its different qualities and that can take a bit of time :).

Hope all that helps, just keep going and experimenting,

Warm wishes,
