My name is quincy, I have a hard time concentrating. I have just completed 3 Years of anesthesia training to be a CRNA and I have tried 2 times to pass the national certification exam. I have so much anxiety, stress and fear that I can’t concentrate on what is in front of me. I have had a difficult life, I am the type of person that does things on my own. I try to have positive energy, but my past and the inability to let things go, had overshadowed the positive aspect. I know I have a long road ahead of me, what I need is techniques for breathing, focusing and anxiety relief so I can pass the certification exam in a short amount of time , HELP !!!!!!

Hello Quincy,

Sahaja Yoga Meditation can definitely help you. However, it is important to understand that it is a living process and we cannot “hurry” it. It would be great if you can allot enough time for you to sit down for meditation, when you are not under time pressure. It is an experience which you need to settle into. If it may help you to attend a class in person, we would suggest that you look up a centre close to you, where you can be with a group and where you know you are dedicating a specific amount of time to meditating. The instructors will also be able to give you a lot of help.
