Greetings! My name is Hina and I’m new to meditation. I am a long time sufferer of stress/anxiety and IBS. I am looking for a way to help calm my nerves and in the process learn tools to live a great, happy, healthy lifestyle. I came across this website while desperately searching for answers to help relive my anxiety. I did the 1st class and already I feel a sense of calm and tranquility. I hope to keep up with this and learn how to cope better with my anxiety. Thank you.

Through Sahaja Yoga Meditation you will learn to decode blockages and imbalances in your subtle body (system of chakras and channels) and how to correct them with techniques which take help from the natural elements (earth, water, fire, air and either). You are empowered to correct the roots of where physical ailments come from, namely, the imbalances in the subtle system. Throughout the course you will learn different techniques for correcting specific chakras.
