hello all,

A new member here tonight, I sometimes practised a little meditation, often after dance workshops, but I finally never really tried before.

Now I feel I more than ever need to change, being overwhelmed with health troubles (3 self aborted pregnancies without explanation, and now a new treatment against sterility), I don’t know how to start meditation because every time I try to take a break I can’t help crying.

I could be better to wait for a better moment but still waiting…

My doctor says her treatment won’t work anyhow if I can’t improve my mind.

Well that’s all, sorry if my english is not fine I am french

Welcome and sorry to hear about all your troubles…

You can start by just trying to watch the videos and see how they make you feel. They have very short portions of meditations built into them, just try and see, maybe it will work. The main thing is, you need to be patient with yourself and give yourself some time…

One thing you might find calming is to light a candle while you are doing meditation, and see whether that helps…

Hope everything works out for you, and please let us know how things go after a few days of taking time to watch the video and maybe giving the guided audio meditation a try.

Hello, I am also new, just wanted to wish you well and hope you keep trying this meditation, it will come gradually. you will find benefit from it if you stick at it long enough. Your English is very good.

Hello Mar’yana and Wencke, thanks for your replies and advices. I am gonna try it and hope to write around here with less negativity in a soon future; tonight i start with hormons injections and really want to make it in a good mind to help it.
