Hello, thank you for this site. I would like to ask you about technique how to ”burn” connections with bad people in your live? They are very dominate and I feel down. Please share how to do it step by step. Thank you :)

Dear Ina,

This is a beginner’s meditation site and online course. There are several techniques to clear out the imbalances from the left channel using the fire element, one of them is described here: http://www.onlinemeditation.org/meditation-forum/meditation-techniques/using-the-elements/ The rest are more advanced and are difficult to explain in writing, also taking into account that fire is a potentially dangerous thing and precautions need to be taking when handling it. It is much easier to show how to do it in person than to write it out, and there is a much higher chance in person to avoid possible misunderstandings. So please contact sahaja yogis in your local program and ask them to show you how to do the techniques that use the fire element.

Hello, 

My name is Michelle and I started Sahaja Yoga last January in a group in Salem, MA.  I have meditated and have done foot soaks daily since then.  My experience has been moments of bliss and joy that I have never felt before in my life.  I am angry much less and do not have much anxiousness anymore.  My relations with people are on a much deeper level now and I see people differently.  Life has not felt the same since.  I still struggle with my Agnya I find it difficult to stop my thinking but like they say the gaps between thoughts gets longer and longer.  I am so grateful that I finally found what i was looking for and especially grateful to Karishma who taught the beginers class in Salem, MA.  Since she has moved to India last July I have taken over hosting the beginers class and we have had a steady group of 5 or 6 meditators every week.  However I miss having Karishma so much she taught me alot and I know it’s time to truly understand the truth by continue to meditate and clear.  I don’t always feel vibrations meditating alone but I usually do feel it strong and very joyful in the group setting especially with new people.  :)
