Hie every one, I am Apurva, I am very much fond of yoga and meditation, I have been trying to include yoga in my daily routine since many years but yet i have not succeeded, while searching for the ways to persist yoga and meditation I landed up to this site “Online meditation forum” where i got what i wanted since many days, “a guidance”. I hope this will help me practicing mediation daily and make it my routine. Looking forward towards leading an improved version of my life with yoga and meditation.

Keep your practice in a friendly mood, i mean do not expect anything, do not force anything, just be friendly to yourself and everything that is coming to you while meditating. Well that is my experience, the better you don’t worry the better results you obtain…sometimes i imagine when starting a meditation that i slip into a warm bath tub and enjoy the moment of it …
