Hello Everyone,

Was first introduced to Sahaja Yoga about 14-15 years ago by a beautiful lady named Lena while she was visiting the states.  I practiced with her for about six weeks before she returned to India.  I abandoned the practice after that.  That was a big mistake.

In early September, I contacted the person in charge of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and I have not looked back.  I have encountered such nice people and have been regularly attending the collectives.  My experiences have been profound and I am so looking forward to seeing where it takes me.  I can tell you that in just this short while I have had such a shift in my consciousness.  I am loving this!
