I’m a new member. I have started on my path of self discovery. I have reached a point in my life where I find myself looking deeper into things I once did not notice. The signs have always been before me I just was too busy to pay attention to them.

We do recommend that people go to a local meeting, especially since we only provide online the beginners version for now. This course is pre-recorded, it can give you a decent introduction, and if you decide that you like this meditation technique, you can then go to a local class, if there is one in your area – all our classes are free. Of you can go to a local class right away, if that is your preference, :) here is the list of our classes by country:

I have been thinking about meditation for a while….some ppl I know are doing it….someone I know has high blood pressure and is on Losartan….can meditation help with that……also, a person I know has Glioblastoma (brain cncer); I went to a seminar in  Omaha with them and the MD said meditation helps……my question is this: how do we use or accss meditation for help with these two conditions? Also, someone in my familly has fibromyalgia…..can it help with that and if so, how do we get on the program?

I have been meditating on my own for a few weks and feel more peaceful but still hav some sources of struggle or friction….

any comments, suggestions or help is much appreciated….thankyou, grazie + gracias…y merci beaucoup…

Hi there!

we are happy to welcome you to onlinemeditation and wish you an excellent journey through the site :).

Please do go to as many meetings as you possibly can, a daily practice as well as attending Sahaja Yoga meetings is the key to evolve fast and grow deep within :=).

As we are all different, as long as you enjoyed the reaction that the meditation 3 produced on you, then it is all good :=). The expected reaction would be to be at peace and joy inside!

Warm wishes,

Erwan

Hi, Jerry,

Yes, there are some studies that suggest that meditation might help with different health issues, and it does do wonders for some people. Having said that, the health improvement (changes in the body) is not the main purpose of meditation, it is rather the change in our awareness, this is what brings the change in the body as well, but is something that we cannot push another person to want or to achieve – it has to come from their own inner desire for it.

If there is a sahaja meditation class near you that you could go to, it might help a lot. All our classes are free and open to the public. If there is no sahaja meditation program in your city, then continuing with the online course, and once you are done, exploring the meditation room would be things to suggest.

Wishing you all the best,

Mar’yana
