Firstly thanks for your web site . it is so helpful for us. I began Sahaja yoga last year but the course didn’t continue . They were coming another city and we couldn’t find any place so the course finished. Only summer ı can go there because of my school.

I am following up your online meditation course now ı am in five class but ı don’t know English well so ı can’t understand some words in videos. only class 1 video had subtitle. ıf you could help, ı would be glad.

I want to ask another questıon. it is difficult to get balanced for me . I don’t know why but it is difficult to approach thoughtless awereness. what can ı do for this? ın my meditations ı couldn’t fell the cool breeze in my hands but ı feel it on top of my head. what’s wrong with me? cry

What is your native language? There might be some additional resources you could use in your own language that would help you fill the gaps in understanding…

About feeling vibrations – please do not get discouraged. Whether we feel vibrations or not, how strongly and where in the body is very individual, and it depends on the intricacies of our system, on the combinations of imbalances each of us has. Feeling vibrations on the hands depends a lot on the state of our 5th energy center (it was covered in class 4). So if there are still strong catches in this energy center, that might be what makes it difficult for you to feel. For instance, smoking damages this center, so often people who smoke find it more difficult to feel vibrations on their hands. Other actions that damage this center are agression in language, sarcasm, or domination on one side and feelings of guilt on the other. It might be a good idea for you to watch the video in class 4 a few times, to see whether you find there some answers to your particular case.

Another thechnique that helps a lot with feeling the flow of vibrations if the footsoak http://www.onlinemeditation.or…..soaking-1/ We do it every night as the first part of our evening meditation, and in my experience it increases the feeling of vibrations ver much. So try it out for, say, a week, and see whether it works for you.

Perhaps it will help you to know that I know several people who did not feel anything for months, but they kept meditating, and now they feel vibrations well. As long as you are seeking to improve and grow, the answers will come to you when you are ready to hear them.

thanks for your advising. My native language is Turkısh .

I do footsoak as possible as every nıght sometimes I approach toughtless awereness sometimes not. About vishuddhı chakra ı think ı am affected by events during the day .I noticed it the last two days and my awereness increase since began your online course but as ı said can’t feel more cool breeze in hands .ı am not disappoint about this any more because when meditating ı am relax and silence makes me more peaceful. also ı notice another point when ı do some physical exercise and then do meditatıon my vibrations increase .ı feel vibratıons in spine.

I will watch class 4 video again. thank you so much smile
