I think I made this account a while ago but never followed through with it. I’ve practiced meditation before but I would like to become consistent with it, at least once a day but preferable twice. I just got done with the intro video and reading in Class 1 but I’m saving the guided meditation for tomorrow so I can be somewhere where I won’t be interrupted. I hope I can make this a solid part of my lifestyle and I look forward to everything I will learn from the classes and everyone on this forum.

Hello, and welcome back :)

Yes, being consistent with the meditation practice is definitely important! Try to work it into your morning and evening routine. In the beginning, this will help you make time for it.

All the best,
