Hi there,

I use Sahaj Meditation as a start up for foreign language classes and the effects on the students are very beneficial. I can only recommend: if anyone is involved in teaching, just start your lessons with a very short meditation, following the approach suggested by the guided meditation online. It makes your students more attentive and more susceptible for the contents you’re teaching.

What is more, when your students fell “it” – or rather HER – breaking through the top knots of their heads, it is you who really feels strong vibes, trust me! – So this little starter makes your job easier and more joyful.
