Hello

 

I am interested to learn about meditation and its deeper meanings with a purpose in mind. I have lost my wife recently after a long traumatic ill health for more than 10 years. I have discovered after passing away of my wife that she had a strong intent to depart which was not revealed to me. I felt angry, confused, and betrayed after uncovering this truth. Hence I would like to use meditation to know more about spirituality and hopefully will know more about her soul and its journey.

Welcome to our forum.

You are here to seek inner peace with your Self as well as your life partner’s passing.  If you allow this peace to come to you, it certainly will.  Once you have found this peace, the understanding you are looking for will come.  Very often we search for answers through thoughts, but here we would tell you we reach the essence of everything very quickly and effortlessly if we first become still within. It will not be through your own doing — it is the work of the Kundalini energy. 

While you are enjoying this online course, we would encourage you to focus simply on your own being and on enjoying the journey.  Follow closely the exercises for releasing tensions inside you and balancing yourself.  Take the time to just sit and allow things to happen inside, even if you don’t find yourself feeling very thoughtless.  Thoughtlessness gets established over time and like the blossoming of a flower we cannot see changes minute by minute, but certainly we can week by week.
