Greetings,

I can’t understand why I didn’t get into massage years ago. Well to be truthful I tried but I failed. I used to try without any audio and just ended up falling asleep all the time. Listening to the guided meditation here really helps me and the speaker has such a lovely soothing voice.

I’ve now come to realise what a chronic stress situation I’ve been in. It’s amazing how you can go on with chronic stress and it just becomes a way of life until one starts meditating. It’s criminal how the body tries to tell you something but we/I don’t listen. It’s a pity my doctor didn’t prescribe a meditation course instead of A/Ds.

I’ve also come to realise that the heart really is the centre of our love and healing the heart is such an important thing. No wonder people get heart attacks.

 Thank you

Geof

Dear Geof,

yes, you are absolutely right. We have learned in Sahaja yoga, that stress comes from an overly exhausted right channel, while depression is a result of an over-strained left channel. Once both right and left channel are enlightened through the awakening of the Kundalini energy, the whole system becomes balanced, and gradually both stress and depression are reduced, and much easier to manage.

Hope you anjoy the course, please keep in touch, let us know how it is going, and also if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Mar’yana
