I started by using my hypnosis apps on my iPhone and now I am finding that meditation helps me through the day in a multitude of ways. I suffer from generalized anxiety, IBS, and fibromialgya. I want to use meditating to help with these issues. I am also a creative: graphic designer and inspiring service designer. I hope to use this to let my creative energy run free. If you have any of teh same problems, goals and wishes as i do, feel free to shout out! communication is key <3

 

I plan to do my first class tomorrow when I wake up. =]

Welome to the course!

One thing I would like to suggest is, in order to give this meditation a good chance and to really figure out whether it works for you or not, please stop doing other kinds of meditations, and other things like hypnosis which you are mentioning, if you can, for the time that you are doing the course.
