Hello there!!! im new to sahaja yoga, 2 weeks. i do feel the cool breeze at my head almost always also in the hands. now my question is do u feel the kundalini rise up in the spine? becouse i don’t, yet some sahaja yogis i listen online do feel the kundalini rise up in the spine and they find themself in bliss, and i don’t. Don’t get me wrong!!! i do feel at peace, just i don’t feel enything special to make the difference in my life. i don’t feel this absolute joy/love/peace. do it take time to be at that stage???
and one last thing. why do i feel my head pressed when i rise the kundalini with the heands??? thx 1000 times

With respect to feeling the kundalini rising up along the spine, the physical sensations felt by each individual is different and also described differently. There are no ‘timelines’ for when you may experience such sensations. It is also not the goal of Sahaja Yoga to achieve certain sensations. On the other hand, the first goal is a state of “thoughtless awareness” which is explained in the course.
If you feel pressure on the head, that indicates pressure on the last centre which is located on the top of the head. It is called the Sahastrara Chakra. With time and if you meditate consistently, the pressure should go away.
