Hi my name is wichien. I live in Bangkok, Thailand. I am 55 years old.

I am new with Sahaja Yoga. Just join the introductory meeting yesterday, and join the first group meeting today.

In fact I have studied Chakra and meditation for quite a while.
Ten years ago I studied Chakra medition for health under the guidance of an old Thai lady. We called her Khun Ya or grandma.
After intent practice for a few months, I did feel something. During my meditation, I had a feel of spinning power over my 7th Chakra.
My life got better in every dimension during those days. But it is very difficult for a person to keep this intense practice alone.
I am just human being after all.

A few years later, I change my practice to Buddhist meditation. The practice is very good indeed. It is just me who do not quite bending in with the
formal rituals which come together with my meditation class. I have some type of rebel blood running in my vein. So I choose to practice meditation
by myself.

During the years of my solo meditation practice, I come cross many spiritual experience, good and bad.
It took me for a while to see that I need a master, a teacher who can guide me through.

I have to be a student again before I can master by myself. I search with no good answer.
On the midnight of March 1st, I open the website of Thai Sahaja Yoga [ which I noticed it during my search a few years back].
I saw an announcement for the introductory meeting on March 2nd. I feel it is the Call And here I am; being a student again.

Hope you enjoy this online course, as well as the local program you have found, and hope this practice works for you as it has worked for many of us…
Wishing you all the best, and please let us know if you have any questions.
