Hello, I am new to this forum and site as of Aug. 9, 2015. I have little background in meditation but I feel I need to at least try it to see if it can be beneficial to my overall physical and mental health. I suffer from long term treatment and battle with depression and the last several years have had increased stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping and a restless mind. It is my sincere hope that in addition to my medical treatment meditation will offer me another tool to improve my overall well-being and allow me to get to know my inner self. I am excited and motivated for success of this exercise and would appreciate any help and guidance that may help in my journey.
