Hello to all, I have been using meditation for about 3 years now to help prevent entering depression, which has been part of my life for a long time. I discovered Mindfulness following some psychotherapy and have graduated to include meditation in my daily life along with mindfulness.
I am finding this particular website very useful. The guided meditations are so calming and I look forward to them. I particularly like the music in the background which gives me a focus and helps to stop ‘the chattering mind.’ The only problem is with the music streaming which is often fragmented. I dont know if this is my computer or whether I can improve the quality in some way. I would welcome any comments’

Welcome, Mahaja!
Nice to meet you! I haven’t had issues with music streaming, but let’s see, maybe some other people also have that issue…

Hi Mahaja,

Music streaming from the website has worked well for thousands of listeners over the last few years. We haven’t had any other feedback specifically in the last week or so. The fragmented streaming could likely be due to the quality of your internet connection, your computer or your location. Most computers and phones that support flash are able to stream the music without any issue, although this may not always be the case if your are on a 3G data connection, or similar.

On a side note, you may find the following article titled “Meditation, Mindfulness and Mind Emptiness” of interest:
