Hello every one, my name is Jamila, I am 19 and I hail from the beautiful South Africa. Recently I’ve been a bit of an emotional and mental mess and I am really hoping that meditation can help in any way possible, well that’s all I have to say right nowsmile

Meditation is something which helps us a lot during the formative years of early adulthood, when we are finding out about the world and ourselves, and what makes us happy and satisfied. I speak from my own experience because I had started meditating during my university years, when I was feeling depressed and extremely confused and stressed out. Sahaja Meditation provides us with simple techniques to bring back balance between our emotional and mental aspects, and most importantly, the ability to calm down our thoughts and find clarity in introspection. I hope you and many other young people will benefit from this type of meditation.
