Hello, I’m new here and i started meditating every day for about a week or so. I was meditating and all the sudden, today I noticed that I have ALOT of anxiety. I was meditating and my whole body was shaking. I realized this and then I stopped. Anything I could do to keep it down? SHould I keep meditating and it would go away? I hope I can get some help. I think I should tell my Mom about this one. Thanks for the advice if any.

Dear friend,
Can I ask you: how do you meditate? Are you following the instructions in our course, the videos and guided meditation that we are providing, or are you using any other meditation techniques? We do not advise mixing different techniques, and suggest that when you decide to give our course a try that you stop any other techniques for the time that you are following our course.
If you are doing our course only, are you still in class 1?
Hope to hear from you soon, and will try to figure out together with you, how to work this issue out.
Best,
Mar’yana

I’ve been meditating the way that my cousin tuaght me how. Where I stare at the third eye and try to immagine that there is a light that fills my whole body, evenchually there is a place that I can go into and then it would look like I’m there. I’m really not sure how to use the classes on here but I have other guides as well, like guided meditation for stress is a good cd and I use other ones on youtube. Anyways, I didn’t notice myself shaking today. Maybe it was just me being nervouce. I don’t know. But I do have alot of fear in me that Iam trying to get rid of.
But also I did much better then I did that day. And I’m wondering, how do I wake up without feeling like I’m going to pass out? I think I wake up too fast? Maybe that’s the problem. Anyways, thanks for the advice if any.

Dear friend,
We really cannot be of much help to you, when you are using a mix of other meditation techniques. There are many different things out there, and some of them, unfortunately, are simply harmful. So we cannot really comment on what is happening and why, except saying that what you describe does not seem like a very good experience, and the technique you are describing seems in some ways the opposite to the technique we are using.
If you would like to try out the technique we suggest, here is the link to class 1: http://www.onlinemeditation.or…..n-class-1/
Wishing you all the best,
Mar’yana
