One question for NOW at least ;) I was wondering if I could use my left hand for those activities that normally use the right hand. For physical reasons i don”t have very much mobility on my right side, thankssmile

Using the opposite hand might not work so well, because different energies flow through different hands, but you don’t necessarily have use your hand – try just bringing you attention to the area where the guided meditation suggests to put the hand, and see whether it works for you. It has worked for other people, so it might also work for you.
Best,
