I have been doing this course for three weeks now.I feel mostly hot air on my palms, but I am consistently meditating twice a day and I think I am improving. The problem is that outside of the meditation, in real life, I haven’t changed much. I still feel angry at times, quilty, etc, so i don’t know: when I am practicing meditation, I am doing it honestly and from the bottom of my heart, but then in real life, my reactions haven’t changed much.

Is there hope? When will i see a difference in the way I react in real life situations and change in my character?

Thank you.

Dear Eva,

Thank you for writing and telling us about your experience.

We would like to assure you that your very own Mother Kundalini is entirely aware of all your desires, and you have already taken the most important step by sincerely desiring change within.

You are watching yourself and introspective, which are also great first steps.

You will find that your ability to stay in balance and detached in any situation will greatly improve as your meditative state becomes stronger.  As your subtle system becomes more balanced and your energy channels and centres become more open, more strands of the Kundalini Energy will be able to reach the Sahastrara Chakra.  The Kundalini will keep your central nervous system relaxed throughout the day, and your attention will become much more stable.  Anytime, even when you are not sitting down to meditate, you will find that you have less thoughts coming into your mind — that is when your meditative state has become stronger.

To achieve this, we would suggest that you cleanse your subtle system every evening:

1) If you are able to practise footsoaking daily for two weeks, you will definitely see a strong improvement in your meditations: http://www.onlinemeditation.or…..soaking-1/

2) The ice pack is extremely helpful for reducing our anger:  http://www.onlinemeditation.or…../ice-pack/

We would urge you to have lots of patience with yourself, enjoy the present moment and allow the joy to flow in your heart. smile

Please feel free to write again anytime with any other questions you may have.
