Hello! I find it difficult expressing myself. I am searching something but not very sure what. Ive tried various meditations, want to feel connected to god, to the universe. Meditation makes us a loving person thats what i have heard but i dont see myself loving all humans. i can be good when i m myself not in any physical or mental stress otherwise i tend to get irritated. if i take my attention for a sec also inside my body, i feel vibrations all over, its like not exactly a trembling  but something similar to that, generally moving down from head to toe. when i wake up the vibrations r toooo strong in my head that i need to be very slow with my movements and after some time i m ok. what should i do? is it possible that i m imagining because ive read and heard a lot about all this? i have been meditating from quite a few years. ive been praying that i experience astral travel , near death experiences, hear the messages from different universes. how do i go ahead. anyone who knows what shouldi do, plz let me know. i am new to this site and dont know how to go ahead. you could mail me at [email protected] also. thank u and god bless all.

Dear Bliss,

Thank you for sharing your story with us so honestly.  Many of us feel innately and intuitively within us, that we need to seek something.  In that process, because we try to connect with things which are outside, we actually become more and more confused.  We accumulate impure ideas and identifications, even an ego of how much we think we know about spirituality.  The best way to proceed is to negate all these thoughts.  Focus on reaching thoughtless awareness and cleansing your chakras.  Focus on cleansing and opening your heart.  Focus on clearing out the heat in your right Swadhisthana chakra, which gives you anger.

It is like one goes searching for pure water and thinks that they have found it.  They drink it, thinking their thirst would go away, but in reality it was not pure water, but something impure which leaves the person dissatisfied.  However, once your Mother Kundalini is awakened, you will taste the pure water which quenches your thirst and purifies all the confusions within you.  The Divine has not created us to experience astral travel, near death experiences, nor hearing extraterrestrial messages.  The Divine has created us to live in the reality of a balanced, loving, compassionate life being fully aware of all His doings, as well as what is right and what is wrong.  To know the Divine, we must first discover our Self through meditation and thoughtless awareness.

All you need to do is enjoy the lessons and guided meditations, then visit a Sahaja Meditation centre near you.  If you reside in India, you will find many centres in all the major cities.  Focus on silencing your mind and you will receive all the answers you are looking for.

With best wishes. smile
