Hi, I found this site when searching for meditation methods on google. I’ve already tried meditation but without success. I am in psychotherapy for depression and I’m using medication for almost an year now. I’ve started lesson 1 and I hope this method can help me focus on “being here and now” instead of suffering about the past or the future.

Hello Marcia,

Depression is mainly a problem of a left channel which is out of balance. We hope you will give the techniques taught in this course a serious try, as clinical research has shown Sahaja Meditation to have a significant effect on improving the symptoms of depression. I have personally met practitioners who could get off their medications after practising Sahaja Meditation.

Hope you are well and enjoying sahaja yoga meditation.

If you are the spirit than nothing can possess you ….no anger,fear,lust,greed nothing can possess you.To learn and understand how to be the spirit you must browse through some sahaja yoga lectures on being the spirit.That is the final solution to your problem”Be the spirit”

As a temporary solution you can strengthen your heart chakara.Stop your breath on the heart chakara and pray to mother kundalini to give you courage.Use Affirmation: “Oh Mother Kundalini-Shri Mataji, make me a fearless person”

U can also use the affirmation: “I AM the Spirit, only the Spirit, not this ego, not this emotion, not pain, only Spirit I
AM, only Spirit.” Do it several times with the whole heart.
