Hi everyone. I’m Morag and I’m from New Zealand. I have been meditating for about 4 weeks now. I have been searching for calm and inner peace for so long and I think Sahaja Yoga is my answer. I am feeling calmer and more relaxed. I also have Multiple Scelrosis and meditation seems to be helping with this too. “The Beast” (my MS) as I call it, has been very quiet, less symptoms rearing their ugly heads. Learning this form of meditation has been the best thing I have done for myself. I am sooo glad I found Shri Mataji and this wonderful
