Hi To you all and well-being to you all.

My name is  Rick I am 57 years old, I live in the south part of the UK. I am looking in to Sahaja Yoga Meditation to help me become a better person and to help me understand others. I have been trying to get self-realisation for the past 2 months but with no luck, I will keep on trying. Any tips would be helpful at this stage.

Hi Rick,

Have you looked into the local meditation clubs at a close by city? If realization has not worked out yet, finding the “already practitioners ” in the local area might work out for the better.

Kundalini awakening is a spontaneous happenning also, we cannot force it to happen – keep that in mind and take it easy on yourself too.

All the best!
