Hi there, I have finally figured out that my life is extremely stressful and that much to my own dismay, I do not handle it very well. One would think most people would see this naturally given lifestyle, job, family needs and other demands, but I did not. I thought I could do everything and somehow I expected that of myself. Interestingly enough, I would never expect that of others. 


I recognize I do very little for myself, I spend my day taking care of others needs and do nothing for myself. 


So I have been on this journey, if you will, trying to figure my life out and well here I am. I plan to take what I learn here and apply it. I am committing to myself time each day to learn about mediation and to develop my own practice. I anticipate  I will learn a healthy way to deal with my stress and that I will become much more intune with my own body and emotions. 

I am very gratefull to have found a free online course and I want to express my gratitude to those that have put the course and website together!
