Hi everyone,
Thanks for this publicly available website, I think it can help a lot of people! As for me I am always getting sick, having to take antiobiotics almost every month. I guess it depends on the period of my life but I get tonsilitis, sinusitis, bronquitis, faringitis, basically all of the itis that involve some kind of respiratory infeccion. I also get regular UTIs and this time they gave me antiobiotics for a month. In the past I have also had severe back problems, irritable bowel syndrome, hair loss, severe teeth clenching, well the list goes on…basically everything you can get because of stress.
I think my main problem is that I worry too much about everything and I am a very negative person, so everything stresses me out. My body tries to manifest that there is a problem in different ways. But sometimes its just too much, I cant live like this, constantly being sick, going to doctors, spending money, etc.
So I have tried a lot of things… like going to the psychologist, exercise, eating healthy, sleeping enough, yoga, antroposophic medicine, etc. But nothing seems to work. frown I think I need to be more in touch with body and that is why I ended up here.
Am I in the right place? Has anyone gotten over physical problems related with stress by meditating? How long does this process take to show results?

Dear friend,
I do know of quite a few people, who got over considerable health problems with the help of this type of meditation, I also know some who did not… So while there is no guarantee, it’s worth trying – all our courses are free, there is nothing to loose, and if it does not work for you, you can stop at any time. It might work better if you go to a local in-person class instead of, or in addition to the online course. You can check here…..n-classes/ whether there are sahaja yoga programs in your city.
Wishing you all the best,
