Peace to you all,

 

i am happy to find this forum.

i am a new comer, here is a quick story about me. recently, i was sitting and suddenly i felt my whole left arm and hand getting cold, as if a breeze was coming out of it. it led me to do a search on the net and i found out that it has indeed a meaning.

i had already experience it this once before, but had forgotten about this experience or doubted it.

 

now i feel grateful and lucky to have learned about this cool breeze.

i have not yet started any classes and meditate as often as i can during the day.  as i find this state of having a contact with the inner self manifested out so caring , it fills me with joy to know i am being cared for.

 

for the past few days i used to feel coolness on both hands and progressively on the rest of my body. lately it happened that i felt my heart being so much filled with this cool breeze that i felt that it was freezing and burning due to the cold. is it a good sign?

now , i often feels a cool breeze in front of my face  but no more in my hands. is it normal?

 

in reality, i wish i could interpret somehow the progress. there is also another thing, i used to be a calm person, but since i am experiencing this, i do feel that i feel more and more irritated and even get angry. i feel then sad about this backwardness, while if i was really grateful i would have integrated feeling of peace. could you please tell me why is it so?

Just a few things to comment – it does happen sometimes that we start feeling this cool breeze spontaneously, without doing anything about it, it’s a good thing, but at the same time, when this process starts within us, it requires us tending to it, helping it out.

The coolness should be pleasant, not freezing cold – when it becomes freezing cold, that’s a manifestation of some imbalance in our left channel. Also, as you meditate, gradually you should become more calm, not annoyed, so something does not seem to be going in the right direction, if you are becoming more irritable than you were before. 

It would be geat if you could find out whether there are any sahaja meditation programs in your area – our classes are always free and the volunteers running there will be happy to help find the way that is right for you.
