Hello from Germany!

I’ve already started the classes on invitation to try from my (half) sister. The day i tried it helped me with my frustration and to let out my anger that filled up me. I don’t expect that it will heal my inner troubles, but that it will help me subdue them in subtle ways.

The chakra points or wheels are facinating me and i’ll will try to learn more about them as i learn about me.

I have no to little experience with sahaja, so I hope I will get well on with it, because i’ve tried one other very rushed and little biased form of meditation, which was basiclly letting you alone with you and your breathing.

Not saying that it doesn’t work. Just wasn’t siuted for me in that time and place and work.

There’s is hope that now i will get a more switfly and soft approach to meditation here.
