I am new and don’t know where to start!
Over the years I have heard many great things about meditating and how it helps you mentally, physically, and emotionally.
I am a very busy person who always has things planned out, on top of being a single parent. I tend to get really overwhelmed at times and I noticed that my emotions take a tool on it too. I also feel like I’m easily forgetting things sometimes because I may have to many things on my mind. I want to learn how to eliminate all the bad energy and soak in all the positive ones. I want to learn how to control my subconscious mind and increase my concentration. Overall, I’m very happy to have found this website and learn about meditating and to interact with positive people. Is there any classes near the Fishers, IN area where people take classes?

With some regular practice, Sahaja meditation can certainly help with emotional problems. It can also help improve your attention, which can help you to concentration better and can help with the forgetfulness. There are also techniques specifically for removing negative energy within us, which you will come across as you go along with the course. So, it sounds like this course may be just what you’re looking for!
