My name is Christyl. I am a single mom of a wonderful son who just started high school this year. I work full time and go to school full time, so my schedule is very hectic (especially since my son also has a very busy schedule outside of school). I have been physically and emotionally drained for months now and just couldn’t see how I was going to make it through. I am very new to meditating – and I absolutely love it. For the past week I’ve been trying to do a guided meditation either in the morning or before bed, and I’ve incorporated affirmations into my drive time to work. I’m already seeing such a huge difference in my attitude – and in my relationships with my boyfriend, work, and my son. I just completed the first course on this website, and I’m very excited to have found this site and can’t wait to learn more.
