My name is Marin and I’ve been interested in meditation for a very long time. Recently I read a book about a guy who went to India to learn about meditation – it was very philosophical book and it awakened bigger interest about this theme in me.
I went to couple different yoga classes to see how different yogis are doing their classes… I wanted to see what suits me best. I must say I learned a lot from them all:) The problem is that I’m anthropophobic and for obvious reasons I’m not a member of any of those yoga classescool
After I started to see auras and felt the energy I’m even more interested in meditation, so here I am. I hope to learn about meditation more and hopefully I’m going to meditate every week.
BTW, I really like music here! I’ve been looking for this kind of rythms for quite some time:D

Hi Marin
I am new to the forum myself and love the music also. Do you think that the Yoga classes helped with your Meditation? I am new to this and was wondering if Yoga together with the Meditation would help?
All the best
Barty smile

Hi Barty

Thanks for your reply:D I’ve been listening to the music without signing into this account, so I just noticed your comment:)

Yoga classes sure helped to get started. At first I tried to learn everything on my own… I did well at learning to see auras but in meditation I wanted to get some help, so I pulled myself together and went to the class. I was pointed out when I did something wrong(I forgot at first to sit up straight and I had trouble with relaxing), so going to the classes did help. Then again there are many different classes, some are like gymnastics and I don’t like those kind of classes – I guess it doesn’t seem like something spiritual to me:D I tried to find yogis who were teaching to concentrate on my energy. In last class I managed to get to the point where I didn’t feel my body and it was really amazing experience.

Good luck with learning, I hope you’ll find type of yoga that suits you:)

Hi Barty and Marin
I just wanted to let you know that Sahaja meditation techniques do not include instruction on how to see auras. Also, normally what we recommend when starting out with the course is to put on hold other kinds of meditation practices, just for a few weeks or so. This way you can more easily see the different benefits that different kinds of meditation might offer you.
Hope you continue to enjoy!
Sarah

coolDear Friends,

I am Prasad from Fiji Islands.

I had undergone Art of Living basic course basically covering pranayam & yoga.It taught me the breathing techniques and how to get rid of the toxins from the body.
The course had also covered meditation.

This site is new to me and i intend to make friends, get wisdom, share my thoughts and expand love.

I had turned my life into inner understanding first .

God Bless Friends
Nilesh

Hi, Barty,
