Hello, I’m considering meditation – a lot of stress, trouble sleeping, I use a sleep apnea machine to sleep also, occasional high blood pressure. I am in good shape and eat well, workout on a regular basis. I’m 39. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to our forum. Hopefully you’ve had a chance to look at the online classes and give them a try.

The parasympathetic nervous system is the one which gives us rest and sleep. It is the balancing force of the sympathetic nervous system, the one which gets activated when are under stress. When the Mother Kundalini within us rises, she activates the parasympthetic nervous system, giving us balance.
