I’m interested in this meditation since so far all my efforts to beat depression and ADD have failed. I look forward to a fresh perspective.

Hello, and welcome to the program.
I sincerely hope that Sahaja meditation can help you work through your depression and ADD. There is a good deal of scientific evidence, as well as a lot of anecdotal evidence, that both conditions can be greatly improved, and in some cases, cured by Sahaja meditation practices. I suggest you start the online course, and go at your own pace without any pressure.
All the best, and please post again if you have questions or comments.
Sarah
