Hi Janina and Mar’yana,

Where are you both from? I’m Rosie and I live on the sunshine coast in Queensland Australia. I’ve been practicing Sahaja Yoga in a small group for the past couple of months and I love it. I have only just discovered this website, I am interested if you use it very often for guided meditation or more for research on chakras, and technical knowledge, history e.t.c?

What a wonderful journey we are embarking on, Sahaja has brought light into my life.

Welcome, Rosie!

nice to hear that you are enjoying Sahaja yoga :)

I am from Toronto, have been meditationg for a while, not really a beginner any more, so I don’t really use guided meditations whe I meditate on my own. If I need a special treat I usually just play a random talk of Shri Mataji, and that settles my attention quite well, so I can enjoy the meditation. That’s where the knowledge comes from as well…

Best,

Mar’yana

Both, I would say. I take part in Group sittings, where the Meditation goes through procedure and others make the session by ones oral instructions. That, I personally, try to use for the studies of Mother Kundalini and how she acts with my physical body. Personally, as may daily (home) practice, I do little easier Sahaja Practice which is based to Shri Mataji´s instructions. Here the focus with Kundalini goes more to the state of Meditation itself. The state between two separate thoughts..
