Hello everyone! I started the meditation course today and I’m in love with it. I am currently passing through some profound changes in my life and most of my old belief systems crumbled as I was fortunate enough to have a powerful spiritual awakening. I’m still doing things in baby steps. I never thought I would be capable of doing meditation because my brain is overactive. Nevertheless, I began doing Hatha Yoga and everything changed. I now cannot be without meditation because it not only quiets my mind and release my stress but also makes me feel like a new person. It was really lucky that I came across this website. I’m extremelly gratefull for that. Thank you all for this amazing oportunity into the world of meditation and selfknowlege. Namastê <3

Hi Mar’yana!

I’m already at class 5! I am fortunate enough to feel the cool breeze in the top of my head and my palms. It’s an amazing feeling. The only problem I’m experiencing is headaches. Is it normal? Mostly when I am focusing my attention on the Sahasrara Chackra. Funny enough the pain is not too intense, just a little unconfortable. I’ve been also having the sensation of energy along my spine but more sntrongly in the back and top of my head, they feel warm. I’m so grateful for this meditation. Sahaja Yoga is changing my life!
Namastê,
Juliana

Dear Juliana,

That’s great for you to feel the energy nicely flowing, as without feeling it, its hard to understand how it works :)
headaches can come from either left side, somebody very tired (lack of sleep, wrong nutrition) or right side, somebody over thinking and doing. It can be generally taken care of by the use of the following treatment:

It is anyway a subtle imbalance that can be resolved.

Try that and let us know how you feel,

Warm wishes,
ERwan
